Good excellent explanation of what it is needed and the point that I HAS

Very bad because I wanted to return when they brought the GMC that I wanted and they wouldn't let me out. I bought the one I didn't want. I told them I wanted to come back later and they wouldn't let me out.

Ramón asked me if I was going to wait for the car and he made everything in his power to get stuck to the promised time

I was greeted by a friendly service agent, service time took more than 10 days due to parts needing to be ordered, I appreciated the status updates, and the problem was fixed to my satisfaction.

Good day, I believe in every organization there must be one's whom stand out above the rest to lead the charge, not the one's who seek for their own success. The one's who make the Team better and without the success of business fails. You have two such individuals,one in sales Christian Garcia and in finance Ali. I can honestly say I would have not purchased a vehicle that day, but because of their helpfulness and expertise I felt comfortable and purchased a 2025 Acadia. My experience was so smooth! I loved the fact that even tho I’m young, I was taken very serious even when I made silly jokes. My business with the dealership was very well received! My agent was so kind and nice to talk to! Definitely a great experience!

Came in for a recall service and was offered to do oil change and brake pad change which I declined since I do these services at my local shop. And left with a check engine light on, when I talked to the person who worked in my car he said it was already on when he turned it on and that there was a $300 charge for a diagnostic test. So bummed that this happened and that they do this so we go back to them, which I will never do.

My new truck came with low DEF. I still was on the first tank from the dealer. They charged me 70$ for a top off. I think that an 80k vehicle should come with the adequate fluid levels at purchase. This should have been a $0 transaction on the customers end.

Easy process. Quickly repaired my vehicle and returned it sooner than expected. Creat customer service too

True “relationship Sales”. Other dealers were not interested in assisting us find a vehicle with the options that we wanted. Honor stuck with us and earned our business with persistent follow-up.

The service advisor was very professional, he explained what was getting repaired and showed me a parts breakdown of what was repaired and replaced. That helped me understand and accept the actual costs.

Fonzie was very helpful and had my vehicle ready in a few hours.

I was very skeptical of Honor GMC. I actually avoided going there since the buy-out. However, Alfonso made me change my mind. I am impressed by his excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge. I will be back!

I made an appointment on the MyBuick app and received a confirmation email. However, when I got their at my appointment date/time. they had no record of it. The service manager, I believe his name is Alfredo reassured me that it was no problem and he was still able to service my cars oil change.

Really good experience with service advisor Ramon Flores. He worked diligently with the extended warrantee company to get the repairs approved, which involved submitting pictures. He was extremely good with communication and kept me in the loop the whole time via text. He took and showed me before and after pictures when i requested them and generally made the whole experience low stress. Kudos to Ramon for being probably the best service advisor I have ever worked with.

went in for front brakes had an 8:30 apt. was out of by 12:30 which I thought was a little slow but acceptable. Ramon good service writer.

I walked onto the lot and was immediately approached by Giancarlo, who was nothing but a true professional throughout the entire experience. He wasn't pushy, and was able to walk me through and questions or concerns I had. It was a very positive experience overall and it was a pleasure doing business with him and the rest of the Honor staff.

Leaking fluid was steering line. Repaired and had Buick back in two days. Fast estimate and part ordered in timely fashion. Service rep, Fonzie, was great .

Marco not only calmed me down from walking out of the area but gave great customer service and provided me with options. He listened to my concerns and adjusted the services without hesitation. I really came in upset and ready to go to another provider but he took the time to listen and fix my issues.

All of my expectations were met. It’s frustrating being without a vehicle and Ramon was professional and courteous addressing everything in a timely manner.

My experience purchasing a truck was overall satisfactory. Like most dealerships, there was a bit of passive pressure to make a purchase—they definitely don’t let you walk away easily. But that’s just the nature of the beast when dealing with a traditional dealership. Aside from that, everything went smoothly. The staff was professional, and the process was fairly straightforward. I’m happy with the truck and the outcome.

This would have been a five-star review if I were not almost charged for a tire rotation I did not receive. Miscommunication between the service technician and service consultant should never cost the customer money. Especially for a service they do not receive. In my case I caught the error which they remedied as quickly as they could. On the face it appeared pretty shady.

My service advisor, Ramon Flores was great. The only issue I have is that Honor GMC third party representative don’t know what’s going on with this particular dealership. They said I can get a loaner, but ten I show up and the dealership isn’t even tracking. Please get rid of your off site customer service platform ave get someone at the dealership that ca. answer questions with accuracy,

Booking via phone call after receiving a text was super easy. Checking in with Marcos not so easy. Took a minute to find the price offered on the phone. Once we agreed on the price. Service was as promised 45 minutes. Check out took 30 minutes. Marcos was nowhere to be found.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and while I’m satisfied with the car itself, my experience with the financial officer was extremely disappointing. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the process. What concerned me most was how misleading he was about the financing terms. When I declined to purchase an overpriced extended warranty, he refused to explore better APR options or explain the financing clearly. It was apparent that my decision not to buy additional products affected how he handled my loan, which is both unfair and unethical. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and transparency when making a major purchase like a car. This experience fell far short of that standard, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure others are treated with integrity and professionalism.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Alex, my sales guy, was super friendly, patient, and really made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. Eddie, the manager, was awesome — straight to the point, honest, and made sure I got a great deal. The finance guy was just as great, walked me through all the paperwork step by step and made everything quick and simple. I was visiting my grandson who is in the Navy. As I was nearing southern Cal, the change oil message came up on the screen. My grandson had many plans for me and I was going to drive back home and make a stop in LA so I knew I should have this changed. I was able to get in as soon as I called. Laz at the front service desk was amazing! I had a very pleasant experience there.
