Came in for a recall service and was offered to do oil change and brake pad change which I declined since I do these services at my local shop. And left with a check engine light on, when I talked to the person who worked in my car he said it was already on when he turned it on and that there was a $300 charge for a diagnostic test. So bummed that this happened and that they do this so we go back to them, which I will never do.

My new truck came with low DEF. I still was on the first tank from the dealer. They charged me 70$ for a top off. I think that an 80k vehicle should come with the adequate fluid levels at purchase. This should have been a $0 transaction on the customers end.

Really good experience with service advisor Ramon Flores. He worked diligently with the extended warrantee company to get the repairs approved, which involved submitting pictures. He was extremely good with communication and kept me in the loop the whole time via text. He took and showed me before and after pictures when i requested them and generally made the whole experience low stress. Kudos to Ramon for being probably the best service advisor I have ever worked with.

This would have been a five-star review if I were not almost charged for a tire rotation I did not receive. Miscommunication between the service technician and service consultant should never cost the customer money. Especially for a service they do not receive. In my case I caught the error which they remedied as quickly as they could. On the face it appeared pretty shady.

Booking via phone call after receiving a text was super easy. Checking in with Marcos not so easy. Took a minute to find the price offered on the phone. Once we agreed on the price. Service was as promised 45 minutes. Check out took 30 minutes. Marcos was nowhere to be found.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and while I’m satisfied with the car itself, my experience with the financial officer was extremely disappointing. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the process. What concerned me most was how misleading he was about the financing terms. When I declined to purchase an overpriced extended warranty, he refused to explore better APR options or explain the financing clearly. It was apparent that my decision not to buy additional products affected how he handled my loan, which is both unfair and unethical. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and transparency when making a major purchase like a car. This experience fell far short of that standard, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure others are treated with integrity and professionalism.
